He is Founder and Managing Editor of New Business Ethiopia and “Journalism Excellence 2011 Award” Winner in English Reporting Catagory. Andualem studied Journalism and took different media courses both local and broad. Specialized in Business reporting, He has been practicing journalism for several years on various media -online and newspapers such as, Capital news paper,www.africanews.com, Addis Admass newspaper, Guardian… He also launches and runs an online basic journalism training website, New Business Ethiopia Journalism Institute, where he and his colleagues train over 100 journalism-passionate bloggers who live in different parts of Ethiopia to help them become citizen journalists.
